With two Master degrees in Sustainable Development Management and Asia Pacific Governance & Development,
her interdisciplinary experience spans community development, governance, organizational strategy,
stakeholder engagement, leadership, and facilitation.
Her life and work across the Asia-Pacific, Australia, North America, and Latin America has not only taught her how to converse in five languages—but also have shaped a deeply cross-cultural understanding of people, place, and complex systems. Continuous study in regenerative development, living systems, and regenerative leadership
also further informs her evolving practice.
Today, Amara works alongside visionary leaders, organizations, and communities to make complexity visible, recognize the patterns beneath the surface, and cultivate practical pathways toward greater coherence and regenerative potential.
